I bought one of their units in an online storage unit auction. I live three hours from Spokane. I got there and paid what I owed and had to give them a $100 cash cleaning deposit. (Standard) I got the unit cleaned out within the time allowed but, because of where I live and the fact that the office was closed when i finished clearing it out... I had no choice but to have them send my deposit to me via mail.
It has been over 2 weeks since I emptied it but, I have not received my $100 back. A week ago I was in the area again so I stopped in and of course, they told me, "we sent that last Friday."
I have not received my $100 back because, they did not send it. It's too easy for them to keep it for themselves while knowing they can blame the USPS for not delivering it. I'm 53 and I have never had one piece of mail get lost when I knew to expect delivery.
I did what I was required to do but, they didn't. They stole my money because, they could get away with it. I lost $100 but, it will cost their business a lot more than $100. I am writing detailed reviews on several sites, letting people know about their business practices. If they ever decide to do right by me and do what they said they would ... I will either update my reviews or delete them entirely.
My faith in that happening is not strong.

Needs 30 day notice to cancel a parking spot? So they’re gonna charge me for another month of parking on 2 spots when I’m no longer using it. Should’ve read the terms and conditions so it’s my fault but that’s just scummy on their part

Business owner. 2 days now prevented from gaining access to my business stuff in shed due to road crew blocking both sides of road and each end down from facilty preventing ALL access. I will be asking for refund and moving my business essentials out of this facility immediately!Absolutely ridiculous I will be finding another facility to house biz stuff that actually has access. YOU CAN NOT BLOCK ACCESS TO YOUR FACILITY! I'D BE COMPLAINING TO THE CITY IF I WERE YOU CAUSE ITS ILLEGAL FOR THEM TO BLOCK YOUR BUSINESS AND THE WHOLE ROAD!

The 2 men that run the place are very nice and willing to help. Be aware that once you get there to sign the paperwork, there are hidden fees that were NOT disclosed on the website, not that I could find anyway. There is an additional service fee and mandatory insurance that you have to carry. Not an exorbitant amount but bad business practice to not disclose this up front. With that said, they were offering 2 months at 1/2 price and were less expensive than most I looked at. They appear to have VERY good security. Many cameras and monitors at the main office that sees everything. The 3 star rating is strictly because of the undisclosed hidden fees.
