Excellent experience with an enthusiastic, mature facility manager who has more than 2 years at this location and knows the specifics of each size unit with their pluses and minuses. My questions were answered fully with no attempts to evade or minimize anything. I asked about their history of break-ins or theft and it was very rare which is why I am moving all of my stored items to this very modern, new facility with great lighting and no damaged doors or stubborn locks due to rust. Very clean office, units, roadways and gates.👍

Can't say enough good things about this place. We are building a house and had some of the appliances delivered here and the delivery company never called ahead of time as agreed upon. Scott was able to accept the delivery and set them aside until I was able to get there and put them in the storage unit. We haven't thrown him a problem that he hasn't yet been able to help us out with!

I have had the pleasure of ever dealing with when renting and storing our motor home. He went out of his way to meet our needs and continues to take care of anything that might need attention.
He managed to pick the perfect spot that meets all our storage needs thanks to him!He is the opposite of what I experienced at the last place I rented. An absolute horrific experience. I won’t mention the company or manager but if you want to know I will tell anyone so they won’t go through what I experienced and $7500 worth of damage to my motor home.

Edit: my garage door broke and they helped me get it fixed asap. Still five star.There was a hiccup with my particular container where it wouldn’t open but it wasn’t anyone’s fault. Just a chain that came off the rail. The guy up front (I never got his name I’m ashamed to say) was apologetic about it and got someone out there to fix it right away. It was still overall a pretty easy process to get signed up and into despite the setbacks.The facility overall is very clean, wide enough for a big U-Haul, and lots of room to turn around.

When we closed our business, we needed both climate controlled and non. Enough to handle 2500 sq feet of product that would be secure and safe from the eliments. The Suncrest facility had everything we needed and were totally helpful and supportive.Since then we have learned that they totally support the community too by offering a confernce room for those in the community to use for meetings, prepping for sales and other things. GREAT FACILITY, Super clean and always friendly. Thank you!

Great place! They let me move out right away even tho I didn’t leave the 30 day’s notice and the people are super nice. They have nice clean storage facilities and reasonable rates. Thank you Storage Solutions!! I had no issues with payments and just a super nice place would want to use again.

I so much appreciated Scott’s help in choosing a storage space today. He walked around with me showing the different sizes of the storage units. He gave me good directions, was helpful in filling out the rental forms, explained the requirements. I felt he went an extra mile to help me!!

I would recommend to anyone to use these storage units, it’s a new facility brand new cameras everywhere good prices I’ve never had any issues at all with them they have always helped me with anything I needed. I’ve had several storage units in the past that didn’t have half of what they offer.

This storage place is the best! It’s so clean and very secure! We have our entire house in a storage unit until we find a new place. Scott, the manager, has been beyond helpful! Moving is the worst, but Scott has made our transition seamless! I highly recommend this storage facility! You cannot find service like this anywhere else!
